Deployment
Our deployment process consists of three phases: Training & Configuration, Data Synchronization, and Deployment & Support. Phases One and Two are conducted concurrently, with timelines tailored to your specific needs based on factors like the modules selected, the number of users, and the devices required.
Typical Roadmap
1. Staging Environment Setup
Establish a dedicated staging environment where the software is configured and tested before full deployment.
2a. Key-User Training
Provide in-depth training to key users, ensuring they understand how to operate and manage the software effectively.
2b. Data Preparation
Organize and prepare the necessary data for migration, ensuring it’s clean and ready for integration.
3a. Production Environment Configuration
Configure the production environment to align with your organization’s specific needs, setting the stage for a successful launch.
3b. Initial Data Load (Staging)
Load prepared data into the staging environment to validate and test its integration with the system.
4a. End-User Training
Train all end-users on the software’s functionalities, empowering your entire team to utilize the system effectively.
4b. Additional Data Load (Staging)
Perform additional data loading into the staging environment, refining the process and ensuring all data is accurately integrated.
5. Data Load (Production)
Transfer all validated data from the staging environment into the production environment, readying it for live use.
6. Go Live
Launch Plant Toolbox in the production environment, making it fully operational for your team.
7. Hypercare
Provide intensive support immediately after going live, addressing any issues quickly and ensuring a smooth transition.
8. Ongoing Support
Continue to offer dedicated support, helping you maximize the software’s potential and address any future needs.
